Many of the Red Arrows’ pilots and support staff have recently returned from Afghanistan and some will be temporarily detached on operations overseas during their time with the Red Arrows. |

It has gone from being a loose collection of ‘obsolete types’ tucked away in the corner of various hangars, to a dedicated unit with its own headquarters, entrusted with caring for priceless assets of British aviation heritage. |
| 3 | RAF Falcons Parachute Display Team The Falcons are a unique Team, and we’re proud to be widely recognised as the UK’s premier military Parachute Display Team. As this years season approaches, we’re looking forward to performing our unique, colourful and courageous aerial display at events worldwide, starting in May and continuing right through to October. |

| 5 | RAF Hawk Display team The Hawk Display team is the public face of Number 4 Flying Training School (4FTS) based at RAF Valley on Anglesey and their full time mission is to train the Royal Air Force and Royal Navy combat pilots of the future. |
| 6 | RAF Tucano Display Team The 1 FTS (Flight Training School) display is flown using the Belfast made Shorts Tucano T1. It is primarily used as part of the RAF/Navy Basic Fast Jet Training (BFJT) course and by Weapon Systems Officers (WSOs) as part of the Air Navigation course (TANS), both conducted at RAF Linton on Ouse near York. |
| 7 | RAF King Air Display team Flown by Qualified Flying Instructors (QFIs) from 45(Reserve) Squadron based at Royal Air Force Cranwell in Lincolnshire, the Royal Air Force King Air Display returns for its fourth season. Having been with the display from the start, Flight Lieutenant Leon Creese returns, joined this year by Flight Lieutenants Ian Birchall and Rich Davies. |
